1. About Us

VAT: soKate Studio is not VAT registered. All quoted prices are exclusive of VAT and no VAT will be charged on invoices.

2. Services

soKate Studio provides web design, SEO strategy, branding, and related digital services to clients. All services are subject to a separate client agreement or proposal agreed in writing before work commences.

3. Enquiries & Applications

Submitting an enquiry or application via this website does not constitute a contract. A contract is only formed when both parties have agreed to a written proposal or service agreement and payment terms have been confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment terms are outlined in individual client agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue. Late payment may result in work being paused until outstanding balances are cleared.

5. Intellectual Property

All website designs, copy, and deliverables created by soKate Studio remain the intellectual property of Any Gig App Ltd until full payment has been received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as outlined in the client agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and all required materials (images, copy, brand assets) within agreed timescales. Delays caused by the client may affect delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

soKate Studio's total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunity.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available at sokate.co.uk/terms.
