What is a custom LMS?

A custom LMS (learning management system) is a learning platform built specifically for your organisation. Instead of fitting your training into a generic course tool, the platform is designed around your courses, your learners and the way your team works.

Why not use an off-the-shelf LMS?

Off-the-shelf platforms work well for simple online courses. When you have your own training framework, mixed delivery, specific enrolment rules or an admin team who need things done a certain way, you end up working around the software. A custom LMS removes those workarounds.

Who is a custom LMS for?

Training providers, consultancies, education organisations and businesses that train staff or clients, especially those currently managing learners across spreadsheets, email and several separate tools.

Can you manage our LMS after launch?

Yes. Ongoing management can cover learner onboarding, supporting live learners, fixes, updates, new features and SEO, so your team can focus on delivering training.

Can our course content stay private and still help our SEO?

Yes. Course content can sit behind a login and be kept out of search results, while public landing pages are written and built to rank for the searches your future learners make.

Learner details live in spreadsheets, inboxes and payment emails

Off-the-shelf course platforms don't fit how you deliver your training

Your team spends hours enrolling, chasing and supporting learners by hand

You want training content behind a login, but still want to be found on Google

Built for you

What your custom LMS can include

Every platform is built to order, so you get the features your business needs and nothing that gets in the way.

Courses, modules and lessons

Structure content the way you teach it, with video, text, downloads and resources.

Learner accounts and onboarding

Sign-up, enrolment and welcome steps so new learners can get started without waiting on your team.

Progress tracking

See who has started, who has finished and who needs a nudge.

Assessments and certificates

Quizzes, sign-offs and completion certificates where your training needs them.

Payments and access

Sell courses, take payment and unlock access automatically.

An admin area your team can use

Manage learners, courses and content yourselves, without a developer for everyday changes.

Private content, public pages

Course content stays behind the login, while public landing pages help new learners find you on Google.

Automated emails

Enrolment confirmations, reminders and updates sent automatically.

How we work

From your training process to a working learning platform

Step 1

Design

We map how your business works today: who uses the platform, what they need to do and where time is being lost. Then we design the platform around that, not the other way round.

Step 2

Build

We build your bespoke platform with the features you actually need, connected to the tools you already use, such as payments and email.

Step 3

Manage

Optional ongoing management after launch: fixes, updates, new features and day-to-day support, so the platform keeps working as your business grows.

Built and running

A live learning platform for a UK training consultancy

We build and run a learning platform for a UK training and education consultancy. Alongside the build, we handle the day-to-day: learner onboarding, fixing issues for live learners, SEO and keeping everything running smoothly.

Optional

Ongoing management

Many training organisations want more than a build. With ongoing management we look after the platform day to day: learner onboarding, helping live learners when something goes wrong, fixes, updates, new courses and features, and SEO for your public pages.
